Organization:
SPMF-Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation - SouthManages the preparation, consolidation, analysis and review of financials including managing monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and analysis; the annual operating and capital budget process; and development of system level charges to affiliates and UBI customers. Resource and liaison between Finance and Senior Management, other Sutter Health departments, and outside customers. Supports the Director on projects such as financial and audit issue analysis and write-up; standardization of policies and procedures; and development and implementation of processes necessary to improve the operations of Sutter Health departments. Manages staff within the department, including planning and coordinating workloads, designing and implementing improved processes, and managing departmental expenses in order to achieve departmental, company level, and system level objectives.
EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

Pay Range is $173,617.60 to $260,416.00 / annual salary
The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
