Job Title
Manager, Finance Transformation – EMEA COEThe Manager, Finance Transformation – EMEA COE is responsible for supporting execution of global Finance Transformation initiatives, with a primary focus on global process optimization for R2R, P2P and O2C Finance processes in EMEA region and program delivery related to e-invoicing compliance across EMEA.
This role partners closely with regional Finance teams, Controllership, and Technology, as well as U.S.-based Finance Transformation team, to ensure successful implementation of e-invoicing mandates, alignment to global standards, and integration into core Finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C).
The Manager will drive project execution, stakeholder coordination, and process improvements across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements while contributing to broader transformation objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support execution of global e-invoicing initiatives across EMEA, ensuring compliance with country-specific mandates and alignment to enterprise standards
- Drive process transformation and optimization efforts across Finance workflows (R2R, P2P and O2C) to enable scalable finance processes
- Partner with regional Finance, Tax, and Technology teams to gather requirements, identify gaps, and deliver effective solutions
- Manage project lifecycle activities, including planning, requirements definition, testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across regions to ensure timely delivery of program milestones and issue resolution
- Support system configuration, integration, and troubleshooting related to e-invoicing and Finance systems (e.g., Workday, external platforms)
- Track and report project progress, risks, and key performance metrics to EMEA and global leadership
- Contribute to change management, training, and adoption of new processes and technologies across impacted teams
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in Finance, Finance Transformation, or Financial Systems
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects or transformation initiatives
- Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven initiatives (e.g., e-invoicing, tax reporting) preferred
Technical & Professional Skills
- Strong understanding of Finance processes (P2P, O2C; R2R exposure a plus)
- Experience with ERP systems (Workday Financials or similar preferred)
- Project management capabilities, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination
- Knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls (SOX exposure a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
