In this role, you'll:

Working as part of a team delivering high-volume transactions, and records services, you will lead Tier 0 and Tier 1 service delivery in a fast-paced shared services environment.

This role will see you drive performance, strengthen compliance, and lead continuous improvement.

You will lead and optimise service delivery outcomes in a complex, high-volume environment.

About you

Your leadership and operational experience, formed across shared services, or contact centre environments, will see you excel in driving performance and managing competing priorities.

You're recognised as a results-driven leader, skilled at using data to improve performance, and experienced in managing high-volume transactional services and stakeholders

Note: Travel to various sites is a requirement of this role.

Work Location

This position can be based in either Sydney or Newcastle.
