As our Finance Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the financial and administrative organisation. You ensure accurate, timely, and reliable financial information, strengthen internal controls, and guide your team toward operational excellence.
Analyse internal and external developments and translate them into improvements for the administrative organisation and internal control.
Design, optimise, and monitor financial processes, procedures, and reporting structures.
Structure and develop the Finance department, including defining responsibilities and areas of focus.
Translate the annual departmental plan into concrete activities, prioritise work, and monitor progress against budget and planning.
Safeguard the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all financial administrations, including period closings and statutory reporting.
We are looking for someone who:
Has proven experience in a senior finance role with responsibility for AO/IC and financial reporting.
Demonstrates strong analytical skills and the ability to distinguish key issues from details.
Shows problem‑solving ability and can translate complex information into clear, actionable steps.
Has experience leading, coaching, and developing a finance team.
Holds a completed higher education degree (HBO+/WO) in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or a related field.
Nice to have:
Experience with process optimisation, change management, or working in an international manufacturing environment.
