Chartered Accountant

Experience

5-6 years, post qualification. Industry experience and SAP exposure is a must.

Reporting to

Corporate Finance Controller

1. Monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing under IGAAP

2. Preparation of monthly MIS under IGAAP and reconciliation with UGAAP

3. Coordination with plant finance controllers

4. Coordinate monthly uploads of various recon accounts in the internal systems

5. Review, IFC requirements and its certification

6. Attending to quarterly, half yearly and annual limited reviews / audit, half yearly closing and annual audit

7. Quarterly Audit Committee and Board presentation

8. Preparation of signed annual and SEBI financials

9. Complete coordination with the auditors

10. Coordination with the internal auditors

11. Managing the treasury function, managing daily cash flow and investments in FDs

12. Monitoring and closing the EDPMS issues

13. Preparation of AOP for corporate office

14. Providing data to tax department for advance tax, assessment requirements etc.
