CVS Health offers an exciting opportunity to join our PBM Finance Transformation Initiatives team in the Client Contract Management program as a CPH (Client Pricing Hub) Manager. CCM strives to innovate regarding PBM client underwriting, contracting, and implementation activities to avoid financial leakage. This position will focus ondiscovery of undefined efforts and documentation of requirements related to internal PBM efforts to improve technology solutions.
This position’s responsibility leverages close connections with PBM operations, IT, and PMO partners to facilitatedefining scope and requirements forCPH’spipeline of work in an agile and matrixed environment. This role will operate as a key liaison between program leadership, IT, various PBM operational teams, and our PMO to ensure progress on key deliverables.
To be successful in this role, you must be a self-starter with strong organizational skills, enjoy working on difficult problems, have strong relationship-building skills, excellent presentation and communication skills, and foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organization. A background involving technology transformation, managing expectations and prioritizing workloads will be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
Havea functionalunderstandingofthe CPHsystem,associated operationalprocesses, and key resources, providing recommendationstobusinessregardingproposed changes.
Advisematrixed business partners, helping them translate their business vision intoa defined project approachandrequirements
Ownscope identification and translating requirements into user stories, shepherdingthemthrough an agile systems development lifecycle with apassion for understanding user impact.
Collaborate closely with IT and leadership to manage ongoing responsibilities related toCPH efforts.
Effectively collaborate with technical resources across teams on program efforts; ensuring teams are aligned on project scope, user stories, testing, and acceptance criteria.
Communicate technical solutions and design tradeoffs effectively to business and technology stakeholders; providing a delivery framework that ensures quality and success.
Contribute to presentations tailored to project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership, helping to provide status updates and “tell the story”
Maintaindetailed work documentation as required.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience supportingtechnical transformation or production support
1+ years of technical writing including system diagramsorcomplex process flows
Preferred Qualifications
Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics in a matrixed environment
Superior written and verbal communication skillsdisplaying attention to detail
Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization
Experience in highly regulated industry and compliance environment
Proven experience designing and implementing scalable and repeatable systems-based solutions
Strong working knowledge of Office 365 applications
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 - $132,600.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
