About the Role

As Manager, Field Sales – Ghana, you will play a central role in supporting and accelerating market growth. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Country Sales, you will act as a key connection point between Herbalife and our Members across Ghana. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, understanding daily business activities, and translating performance metrics into actionable strategies that drive sustainable sales and recruitment.

This role combines field engagement, business analysis, and relationship management, requiring both in‑person and virtual interactions with Members and leaders. You will also support events, promotions, and training initiatives that strengthen the market and enhance Member success.

In this role, you will

  • Conduct regular field visits—both in person and virtually—to gather insights, provide feedback, and deliver reports to the Senior Manager, Country Sales.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with Members, focusing on business strategy, sales and recruitment performance, training needs, and effective use of tools and communication channels.
  • Build a deep understanding of distributor practices and foster relationships that encourage open, transparent dialogue.
  • Analyze sales and direct‑selling metrics to identify high‑ and low‑performing areas, helping the market adopt sustainable and replicable business models.
  • Facilitate one‑on‑one and group meetings to support Member development, generate ideas for local initiatives, and align activities with leadership priorities.
  • Interpret Member performance data to support promotional planning and market initiatives.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Members’ daily operations, challenges, and business methods.
  • Support administrative tasks related to events, promotions, and special projects when needed.

Our Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, field operations, direct selling, or business development, ideally within a fast‑paced, relationship‑driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics and translate them into actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including confidence in leading group sessions and individual coaching.
  • Ability to build trust‑based relationships with diverse stakeholders and maintain consistent communication across regions.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support event‑related administrative tasks.
  • Proactive mindset, resilience, and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Ghana and occasionally to other markets.
