
Manager – Field & Channel Program Management (Greater Asia)

The Manager, Field & Channel Program Management will lead a team of Project/Program Managers delivering Field and Channel initiatives across Greater Asia This role is accountable for translating global FC strategies and programs into country‑level execution, acting as a Management of Change (MoC) lead to ensure adoption, governance, and sustained business impact. The position requires strong people leadership, execution rigor, and the ability to influence across a highly matrixed, multi‑country environment.
Key Responsibilities
People Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project/Program Managers; set clear performance expectations and drive a culture of accountability and delivery excellence.
Program Delivery: Own end‑to‑end delivery of Field & Channel programs across Greater Asia, ensuring disciplined execution, risk management, and benefits realization.
Change Management: Act as MoC lead for FC initiatives, managing stakeholder impacts, communications, training, readiness, and adoption across countries.
Global‑to‑Country Deployment: Translate global FC strategies into structured regional and country rollout plans, balancing standardization with necessary localization.
Stakeholder Influence: Influence senior stakeholders at L4 level across Field, Channel, Sales, Partner, and Support functions; manage escalations and competing priorities.
Governance & Metrics: Establish program governance, operating cadence, and KPI tracking aligned to productivity, quality, cost, compliance, and customer experience outcomes.
Qualifications
Required
10+ years in program/project management or operations transformation, with 3+ years of people management.
Proven experience delivering multi‑country programs in a matrix organization.
Strong change management and stakeholder influence capabilities.
Excellent executive communication and structured problem‑solving skills.
Preferred
Experience in Field Services, Channel/Partner ecosystems, or service operations.
Exposure to global strategy deployment within a regional (APJ / Greater Asia) context.
Familiarity with structured change or transformation frameworks.
