Manager – Facilities Management & Logistics

The Job Role:
The selected candidate will be responsible for driving the successful execution of head office and branch-related projects, overseeing logistics and mailroom operations, and leading process improvement, cost optimization, and sustainability initiatives to ensure efficient, compliant, and value-driven facility operations
Principle Accountabilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of head office and branch projects, including relocations, refurbishments, and new branch setups.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables while proactively identifying and mitigating risks and delays.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, service providers, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and operational support.
- Manage logistics operations, including fleet administration, corporate travel coordination, utility-related services, and overall service delivery.
- Oversee mailroom operations, including courier services, dispatches, document flow, and service quality management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, introducing best practices and standardized processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify and implement cost optimization opportunities across projects, logistics, and operational functions.
- Support sustainability initiatives by promoting resource optimization and environmentally responsible practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and operational regulations.
- Monitor service levels and implement initiatives to improve efficiency, customer service, and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Project Management or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage
- Qualification from a recognized professional institute will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 03-04 years of experience in Assistant Manager level with 10+ years overall experience in facilities management, administration, operations, logistics.
- Strong experience in project coordination, vendor management, budgeting, and process improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality and service delivery.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and project tracking tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
