Grade: Management_Executive 607Pay Range: $98,200.00 - $162,100.00The Manager, Facilities is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of all WGU facilities, ensuring they support a safe, efficient, and effective work environment. This role provides leadership to facilities staff and vendors, manages maintenance and repair services, and ensures compliance with safety standards and operational procedures. The Manager, Facilities supports strategic initiatives by contributing to facilities planning, budgeting, and process improvements while also promoting cost-effective solutions and high service quality. This position services as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, facilities personnel, and external service providers to deliver excellent facilities support across WGU.
