Our client, a leading provider of frozen food products, seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of our Wisconsin facility. manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Plant Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of 12 to ensure optimal equipment performance, minimize downtime, and drive operational efficiency. You will be responsible for developing and executing capital projects, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership for plant facilities, utilities, and operations.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program.

• Manage departmental budget and expenditures.

• Oversee capital project planning, design, and execution.

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permits.

• Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in food plant maintenance, including ammonia systems and utilities.

• Strong technical knowledge of PLC and logic controls.

• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.

• Demonstrated project management and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Physical Requirements:
