The Facilities Manager oversees the efficient, safe, and compliant operation of the manufacturing facility’s physical infrastructure. This role is responsible for maintaining buildings, equipment, utilities, and grounds to ensure optimal support for production operations, employee safety, and regulatory compliance. The Facilities Manager works closely with operations, engineering, EHS (environment, health & safety), and supply chain teams to enable smooth day-to-day manufacturing and long-term facility reliability.
