The Manager, Executive Support & Operations is a key leader within Teach For America South Carolina (TFASC), assisting the Executive Director to effectively implement her regional vision while supporting external marketing and fundraising efforts. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment where he or she manages multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously.

As the Manager, Executive Support & Operations, no two days look the same! In the course of a week, you may communicate with external partners on behalf of the Executive Director or create a one-pager with bios and tactical information for her upcoming meetings. You may meet with program leads to identify new stories to highlight across our social media channels, and may even make a visit to a school site to capture content in-person. You may meet with partners on the development team to track progress for a fundraising strategy you’re leading this year or design a new one pager for the Executive Director to take to a potential donor.

The applicable salary range for each U.S.-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers according to a cost of labor index in that geographic area. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. New hires are typically brought into the organization at a salary between the range minimum and the salary range midpoint depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role. The expected salary ranges for this role are set forth below. These ranges may be modified in the future.
