  • Prepare executive briefings, talking points, presentations, and materials for internal and external meetings.
  • Act as the primary liaison between leadership, and key internal/external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
  • Resolve complex administrative and operational challenges independently, using sound judgment and organizational expertise.
  • Manage coordinating, scheduling, time optimization, and prioritization of commitments.
  • Partner effectively with the Executive Administrative Team to ensure coordinated, high‑quality support.
  • Handle highly sensitive information with absolute discretion and maintain a network of strategic relationships.

Board of Directors Operations

  • Manage all Board of Directors logistics, including agendas, calendars, materials, and meeting coordination.
  • Oversee Board travel, T&E, market‑visit planning, catering, meeting setup/breakdown, and related social activities.
  • Ensure flawless execution of all Board interactions with strict confidentiality and professionalism.

Core Competencies

  • Calm under pressure and adaptable to shifting priorities.
  • High emotional intelligence and professionalism.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and service-oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and exercise sound judgment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, high sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic corporate environment and be flexible when necessary.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
