As a Senior Manager of Ethics & Compliance, you will serve as an investigations lead for ethics and compliance matters across the enterprise. This role is responsible for independently managing sensitive, high-risk investigations, including those involving potential violations of anti-bribery/anti-corruption laws, such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), while reinforcing a strong speak-up culture and commitment to non-retaliation. The person in this role is the central owner of the investigations incident management system, patterning closely with HR, Legal, Internal Audit, and business leaders to promote consistent, fair, and timely resolution of employee concerns.
What you'll do:
Apply consistent investigative standards while exercising appropriate judgment based on risk, jurisdiction, and regulatory exposure
Collaborate with Legal on matters involving FCPA risk, government officials, third parties, international trade, or cross-border regulatory considerations
Support policy interpretation and guidance, audit readiness and regulatory inquiries related to the Code of Ethics, anti-bribery, and anti-corruption standards
Position Requirements:
Possesses Juris Doctorate
Proven ability to exercise sound judgment under pressure
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required, must have a valid passport
