To support Casey's next phase of growth and strategic delivery, a newly created Manager Enterprise Strategy and Performance position has been established. Reporting to the Director Customer, Strategy and Performance, this role will lead the organisation's strategy, performance, improvement, portfolio governance and transformation agenda, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into measurable outcomes and sustainable community value. As a trusted advisor to the Executive Leadership Team, you will drive enterprise-wide initiatives, organisational performance, innovation and change, while influence strategic decision-making and build the capabilities needed for a future-ready, high-performing organisation.
