  • Lead complex, time-bound initiatives from strategy through implementation, typically managing multiple concurrent projects of varying duration.
  • Establish project scope, governance, workstreams, timelines, milestones, accountabilities, and status reporting.

  • Maintain action logs and follow-up mechanisms to ensure commitments are completed and executive decisions are implemented.
  • Provide hands-on support with analysis, coordination, documentation, budget oversight when applicable, and execution activities as needed.

Executive Communication and Decision Support (20%)

  • Prepare concise, accurate, and executive-ready materials for management meetings, Board discussions, and priority CEO agendas.
  • Synthesize complex information into clear presentations, decision memos, briefing materials, dashboards, and recommendations.
  • Coordinate input from multiple stakeholders, challenge inconsistencies, and ensure materials are complete, fact-based, and aligned to the intended decision or discussion.
  • Support meeting preparation and follow-up by documenting decisions, owners, next steps, and deadlines.

International and Cross-Cultural Collaboration (10%)

  • Build effective working relationships across MSIG USA and with international stakeholders, including the head office.
  • Facilitate alignment across functional, organizational, and cultural perspectives while maintaining focus on business outcomes.
