As a Manager - Enterprise & Functional Strategy – Marketing Strategy, you will provide strategic guidance and insights to organizations, analyzing market trends and assessing business performance to develop recommendations that help clients achieve their goals. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will analyze client needs, provide consulting services across different strategic areas, and offer guidance and support to help clients develop and implement effective strategies that align with their business objectives and drive growth. Within our Strategy Consulting practice, you will work closely with clients to identify opportunities for growth, optimize operations, and enhance overall business performance.

What You Must Have

• At least a Master in Business Administration's degree
• At least 7 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
