ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Manager – Enrollment role reports to our Director of Enrollment and has responsibility for leading a team of enrollment specialists and coordinators. The team is accountable for managing a large volume of transactions to on-board new and existing clients with high quality and client satisfaction
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manages the daily operations of the department
Maintain quality control process to ensure every enrollment is completed in a timely and high quality manner
Works with key clients and helps resolve escalated situations
Selects, trains, motivates, supervises, and evaluates the work performance of staff
Analyzes and forecasts staffing requirements
Develops and maintains metrics to manage work queues and track work assignments
Performs other duties as assigned by manager
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Bachelor degree is a must
3 years of relevant experience with enrollment process
Leadership experience, leading a team or project teams
Significant relationship skills for interfacing with clients, Senior Staff, ZirMed Associates and Payers
Track record of creating an energized and empowered team
