Is instrumental to lead plant team to execute all plant tasks and deliverables for maintenance performance:
Participate in Maintenance global committee. Ensures involvement and participation by those functions needing to assist with any relevant maintenance related issues or related plans. Utilizes the concepts of continuous improvement including Lean to drive maintenance excellence for NA Responsible for follow-up, prioritize and align resources on high risk- low performing Plants. Identify when coordination of division-wide resources is required to address plant maintenance resources. Drive lessons learned activities across functions to improve maintenance performance.
