Job Description

This position is accountable in respect of “Engineering and Technical services” in the areas of Thermal & Renewable power projects.

a.) Operating assets: Technical Implementing, monitoring, analysis, ensuring the business performance within internal BP & BPP cross functional collaboration.

b.) M&A: Provide the service of Engineering & Technical due diligence/evaluation.

c.) Construction project: Negotiate, Manage EPC contract and all related Construction Management works.

Review and provide engineering advisory in the project engineering, construction and commissioning phases base on individual and area of expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Engineering consultation for Company’s Power Projects improvement in both efficiency and reliability (Plant and equipment) especially to technical problem or issue that impacts return/dividend to the company.

  • Conducting Power Projects performance evaluation and result analysis for improvement opportunity.

  • Providing engineering expertise in New Power Projects to match Company’s growth strategic (Feasibility study, Technical advisor/coordinator, Conceptual design, Bidding process support, Technical Due-diligence).

  • Organizing high quality “Engineering and Technical services” in rapidly changing priorities and requirements of the Company and Subsidiaries.

  • Managing power business data and information management inside the organization encourages the Company’s sustainable Knowledge Management process and system.

Qualifications:

Power Plants Engineering and related fields.

Education

Bachelor or Master degree in C&I/Mechanical/Electrical engineering.

Experience

· 5-10 years in Power plant Engineering / Commissioning / Project development / O&M.

· 3-5 years in Management level.

· Solid background in individual field of study.

· Basic knowledge in Project finance and economics.

Skills

· Systematic thinking and Strong Analytical skill.

· Project and Contract management.

· Contract development and negotiation skills.

· Team management & Leadership skills.

· Engineering software e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks.

· MS office, MS project/Primavera.

· Good command of written and spoken English.
