The engineering team is looking for a Maintenance Manager to join their team.
This is a fully site‑based role at Singapore Tuas. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.
The manager will be managing all aspects of the maintenance department including the upkeep of all manufacturing assets, managing maintenance budget and resources. Establishing an engineering quality management system; evaluating quality engineering processes to satisfy business requirements and strategising workplace safety and health programmes. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance and work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the engineering strategy
