Responsibilities:

• To lead and execute engineering projects by applying project management methodologies, ensuring timely delivery within defined budgets and scope. The role involves overseeing technical design reviews, project scheduling, project execution, stakeholder management, and compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
• To prepare project schedule, work breakdown structure (WBS) for all jobs and monitor its execution to ensure on time project completion.
• To review and ensure all project documentations is timely completed as per Project Management book of knowledge (PMBOK) format for recordkeeping and documentation proofs.
• To keep all stakeholders updated on project with respect to project execution and its changes so that all stakeholder are on same page and to avoid communication gaps.
• To ensure all projects executed as per Health, Safety and Environment guidelines as well to avoid any unsafe acts/unsafe condition that may lead to injuries/damage of property.
• To effectively coordinate with procurement in research for alternate material/supplier with least compromise in quality to ensure cost benefits.
• To develop all engineering specification documents in line with international standards to ensure standardization of processes at all businesses.
• To work on the requirements received from the businesses and ensure completion of project documentations and timely handover to business enables them to initiate projects at their level.
