Engineering Manager

ThisEngineering Manager will lead and develop aglobalteam of engineering professionals within theSite Connectivity Solutionsorganization. This role is responsible forleading theplanning,executionanddelivery ofConnectivtyalignedproduct development You will lead efforts to further enableour autonomous and remote-controlledmachine applications byensuring projects, initiatives, and processes meet established safety, quality, and milestone commitments.

As a key leader, you will drive engineering excellence, ensure compliance, and align engineering efforts with strategic business objectives. You will oversee resource planning, guide technical decision-making, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. Through strong leadership and adherence to standards and best practices, you will help deliver highquality solutions that support both customer success and business outcomes.

What you will do:

  • Lead and manage aConnectivity Solutionsengineering team supportingdevelopment andsystems testing aligned to our Command products.

  • Partner with crossfunctional teams to define validation plans, meet quality and safety requirements, and deliver work on schedule.

  • Track progress using key performance metrics, identify risks, and adjust plans and priorities as needed to meet commitments.

  • Drive continuous improvement in product quality, process efficiency, and cost effectiveness across engineering deliverables.

  • Support the use of common quality processes to ensure consistent, highquality execution across engineering teams.

Pay Range:

$147,760.00 - $221,640.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
