Job Opening available at our office in Frankfort, KY
Position: Manager, Engineering
Job Duties:
- Lead and manage a team of process engineers, technicians, and support staff.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies to increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance quality.
- Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment and tooling.
- Collaborate with product design, quality, supply chain, and production teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
- Establish and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Use lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence.
- Manage capital equipment projects and budgets, including cost justification and ROI analysis.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all manufacturing processes.
- Provide technical support and problem-solving leadership for production issues.
- Support training and development programs to enhance team capabilities.
Travel Requirements:
- Domestic travel - approx. 2 weeks/year
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related
- 1 year of experience in job offered or related
- 1 year of experience includes knowledge of EPT sealers, double-sided tape, and SPV Films
Salary Range:$84,000 ~ $89,000 per year Work Hours: 40 hours / week
