Manager - Engineering
The selected candidate will take on a high level of responsibility and ownership for the Engineering department. You will lead engineering operations with a specialized focus on electrical systems and industrial automation to ensure maximum equipment reliability, operational continuity, and plant efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strong leadership and team management for the engineering division.
Direct and oversee electrical engineering maintenance across the industrial plant.
Manage plant maintenance, electrical systems, and industrial automation to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Lead project management initiatives and execute preventive maintenance, predictive, and reliability engineering programs.
Apply good decision making and problem solving abilities to drive maintenance excellence and resolve operational breakdowns.
Utilize good communication skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Maintain a high level of responsibility and ownership over plant infrastructure, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate Should Possess
A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in electrical engineering maintenance or within an industrial plant.
Proven experience in plant maintenance, electrical systems, and industrial automation.
Hands-on experience in project management, alongside preventive maintenance, predictive, and reliability engineering.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Good decision making and problem solving abilities.
Good communication skills.
A demonstrated high level of responsibility and ownership.
