We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join the WI Integrated Marketing Services (IMS) team, supporting educational strategy and content for Plan Sponsor Webstation (PSW). In this role, you will help ensure our Plan Sponsor audience receives clear, effective, and timely education through a coordinated, multi‑channel experience.
IMS is a centralized organization that unites editorial content, public site management, channel marketing, presentation services, and more into one integrated delivery engine. Our mission is to ensure every channel works in sync to bring our WI marketing strategy to life across the full suite of products.
Your Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of the PSW education strategy as defined by the IMS Channel Director, ensuring alignment across channels and partner teams.
Develop, manage, and maintain educational materials for Plan Sponsors on the PSW site, partnering with content, digital, and design teams.
Collaborate across IME, Enterpirse Marketing, marketing partners, business partners, and vendors to support best practices in creative development, content standards, and user experience.
Manage end‑to‑end creative workflows, including partner input, legal and compliance review cycles, and e-review processes.
Oversee intake, workflow, and publishing processes for PSW educational content to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
Administer governance processes, including documentation, follow‑ups, and coordination across stakeholder groups.
Ability to flex across broader team Digital Channel team projects supporting the B2B and B2C ecosystem.
Develop a deep understanding of our B2B customer relationships, learning how we support and communicate with the Plan Sponsor audience.
The Skills You Bring
3–4 years of marketing and/or digital content experience, ideally in a B2B or financial services environment.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities.
Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Comfort with learning new systems, processes, and workflows quickly and effectively.
A positive, growth‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving and resourcefulness.
Strong relationship‑building and influencing skills, enabling productive cross‑functional collaboration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for both internal and external stakeholders.
