
Jewish Care Victoria is seeking are seeking an experienced and innovative Manager Employee Experience Part-Time (3 Days per Week) to lead the design and delivery of initiatives that enhance the employee journey and strengthen organisational capability across our workforce.

About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Director People & Development, you will lead the development and implementation of employee experience initiatives that improve engagement, capability, leadership effectiveness and workforce outcomes.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the moments that matter most across the employee lifecycle, balancing strategic thinking with practical execution.

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.
