As a ManagerEDS Bioconjugatesyou will lead a team that supports the preparation of ADCs for external collaborations with biotech/pharma companies. You will work closely withthe businessdevelopment colleagues and will be involved in early partnering discussions. Key tasks include; first point of contact for partners, planning and tracking of the different projects,communicateprogress with the partners andsupportandsupervisethe team whererequired Inadditionyou willbe responsible forthe reporting of projects (internal and external) as well as keeping other project related documentation up to date

Whatyou’lldo:
Manage a team of Scientists, Senior ResearchAssociatesand Research Associates within the EDS Bioconjugation team. This includes performance review, goal setting, implementation of personal developmentplansandprovidetimelyconstructive feedback.
SupportBDteam duringinitialpartnering calls as subject matter expert.
Define, draft and/or provide input for workplans related to external collaborations in conjunction with ADC preparation.
Oversee the planning,coordinationand tracking of external collaboration projects.
Provide communication with customersregardingtimelines,costsand progress of projects.
Ensurestimelydelivery of high-quality ADCs to customers within the agreed timelines and costs.
Ensuretimelydelivery of project-related documentation including certificates of testing (CoTs) and final reports.
Whatwe’relookingfor
PhDdegree in Bioorganic or biomedical engineering orrelated fields
5 - 10 years of experience with project management in an operational setting(biotech, pharma, CDMO).
Strong commitment to project deliverables and customer focused.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong analytical skills (qualitative& quantitative).
Abilitytoworkautonomously
Strong teamplayer mentality and ability to motivate people.
Experience with various bioconjugation chemistry techniques and preferably hands-onexperiencewithhandlingantibodies
Creative andproblem solvingpersonality.
Ability to lead,motivateand support a team.
