As the Manager - EDMS & BPM Support, you will oversee production support, managing a team to deliver efficient and reliable digital platform and Velocity application performance. Your expertise will be key in collaborating with development teams, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement. This role is vital for maintaining our business operations' integrity and client satisfaction.

• Lead and mentor a team of EDMS & BPM support specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Ensure timely resolution of production issues, prioritizing and managing resources effectively.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to identify and resolve system-related challenges, enhancing overall performance.
• Implement robust monitoring systems for proactive issue detection and efficient resolution.
• Document and communicate system changes, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback for team development.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
• Minimum 8 years of IT support experience, including 3 years in a managerial capacity, demonstrating leadership and team management skills.
• Proven track record in managing EDMS, BPM, and Velocity application support teams, with successful outcomes.
• In-depth technical knowledge of EDMS, BAW, and Microservices technologies, staying updated with the latest advancements.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a track record of troubleshooting complex issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing business needs.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, ensuring alignment with modern development approaches.
