A Day in the Life:
This role is responsible for driving sales performance and delivering a best-in-class customer experience across TORY BURCH eCommerce channels, including Tmall and JD.com. The position partners closely with internal stakeholders, including Global International Marketing, local Marketing, CRM, Buying, Planning, and Finance, as well as external partners such as TP and platform teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the Tmall and JD.com channels, with accountability for topline sales targets and expense budgets; manage related finance and legal processes, and plan and execute channel budgets across paid media, campaigns, and content creation to ensure spending aligns with business performance.
Contribute to the China market product roadmap and translate business priorities into clear platform plans for Tmall and JD.com, including platform IP campaigns that support key product launches and sales campaigns.
Partner with eCommerce Buying to improve product efficiency and develop channel operation tactics that optimize sales and inventory performance.
Continuously enhance the user experience across Tmall and JD.com storefronts, including homepage, landing page, and PDP optimization, while ensuring premium in-site TMALL/TAOBAO/JD contents and a luxury-level brand experience.
Analyze business performance and key KPIs to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and translate insights into actionable plans.
Oversee daily store operations, including site refreshes, product price setup, animations, platform resources, product launches, content creations, livestreams, customer services and inventory & GWP management.
Manage and lead TP operations, strengthen eCommerce operating procedures and SOP, and identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and execution quality.
Lead the ECCN online customer service strategy by benchmarking the best market practices and closely monitoring day-to-day service quality for both walk in customers and private domain customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Global, Marketing, CRM, Buying, and Planning, to develop and execute the annual, quarterly, and monthly store calendar based on business targets, sales phasing, and the product marketing calendar.
PROFILE
At least 5 years of relevant experience in eCommerce or sales; experience in the fashion or luxury industry is preferred.
Strong understanding of luxury eCommerce operations, online sales, and customer service.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Self-motivated, agile, and able to take action quickly based on feedback.
Results-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and deliver strong outcomes.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify solutions that drive sales growth.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with proven experience managing external vendors.
Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Solid understanding of eCommerce platforms, operations, and market dynamics.
Passionate, responsive, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
