PivotRootsPivotRoots, a Havas Company, is seeking a dynamic Manager - Earned Media with 6-8 years of experience. The role involves leading SEO strategies, driving organic growth, improving search rankings, and optimizing website performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to enhance online visibility, analyze performance metrics, and deliver measurable results through effective SEO initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
Plan and manage SEO activities, including on-page and off-page optimization.
Interact with clients on a weekly/monthly basis to present SEO performance updates and insights.
Prepare and contribute to SEO proposals for new and existing clients.
Collaborate with developers and designers to implement SEO best practices on websites.
Conduct site structure analysis and recommend improvements for better search engine crawling and indexing.
Develop and implement keyword and content strategies aligned with business objectives.
Prepare and analyze keyword ranking and performance reports
Monitor, track, and report web analytics metrics to measure SEO effectiveness.
Research and analyze competitor link structures and SEO strategies
Plan and execute internal linking optimization strategies to improve site authority and user experience.
Must Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree ( BA/MA or equivalent).
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to understand context and respond strategically
Quick thinking and smart problem-solving abilities
Strong familiarity with the digital ecosystem and internet tools
Good to Have
Knowledge of key web analytics metrics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console).
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
Excellent knowledge of latest SEO techniques, trends, and terminologies
