Formulate and implement strategies & procedures for better commercial performance
Study online competition for Furniture on a daily / weekly / monthly basis
Take corrective actions for our pricing, recommend items based on past learning and ongoing competition activities
Plan promotion/event for E-commerce sales
Forecast products & quantities for the sale and ensuring the inventory/stock availability
Work closely to ensure that the range is representative rightly on E-Com/Website.
Work closely with Buyers for E-commerce exclusive product and range (not for store)
Analyse the MIS/Reports and highlight the key trends and way forward
Suggest improvements based on benchmark practices
Content & Online Promotion
Ensure 95% listing of all livestock on the e-commerce portal at any given time
Circulate weekly count of active items listed Vs active stocks in portfolio department wise (every Week)
Ensure timely testing of links and implementation on the e-commerce portal
Recommend ecommerce store promotions in consultation with the Buyers, Retail Ops & Marketing
Ensure all required communications for the promotions is developed, designed within the timeline
Recommend events specific to Brand, Product category and Season
Forecast along with the Buyers & Retail Operations to the increase in footfall sales during the promotions
Competition Mapping
Conduct periodic market research to study the customer profile/preferences & buying patterns
Conduct market research to study the effectiveness of the media campaign & with respect to the money spent, in coordination with digital marketing team
Ensure being proactive on tracking various competition websites and take corrective actions
MIS
Weekly reports on category (Top Seller, Ageing analysis, Ecom Exclusive Sharing, Etc.)
Operation Reports (NPS, CC Complaints, Product Feedback)
Budgeting & Planning
Review the sales budgets and make recommendations to the management as deemed necessary
