What you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for carry out in-depth evaluation when identifying business requirement, user stories for the project or functions assigned.
- Responsible to assist in project management end to end.
- Responsible for daily operational functions including developing policy and procedures, T & C, documentation, operation processes and services flow are updated.
- Responsible to manage minor and outstanding production issues.
- Assist to conduct testing ie. UAT, regression test, live test when required.
- Developing and conducting training and briefing to call center, helpdesk and branches.
- Responsible to collaborate and communicate with the design team, internal business stakeholders, operation team, technology team for project related.
- Assist in completion of all governance related processes.
- Identify risks and compliance that impacted to product and services.
What we are looking for:
- Strong product thinking (not just project management)
- Background in digital experience or mobile apps, with exposure to AI-driven features and/or personal finance rules (e.g. insights, recommendations, automation)
- Ability to translate business and customer needs into intelligent, scalable product experiences
- Confidence to challenge stakeholders and say “no” when needed
- Clear, structured communication
- Experience working in agile environments
