This role serves as a key liaison between the University Advancement and a broad range of its academic, administrative, and operational stakeholders to ensure donor commitments are fulfilled, stewardship obligations are met, donor-funded initiatives are appropriately recognized, and donors receive meaningful engagement experiences that deepen their connection to the University.The position requires extensive collaboration with the cross-campus functions in Pakistan and East Africa to deliver exceptional stewardship programmes, donor recognition initiatives, events and campus experiences.The following responsibilities are:Donor Stewardship & Recognition:Coordinate and implement donor stewardship activities that support donor retention, engagement, and long-term philanthropic support.Manage donor recognition programmes across campuses in Pakistan and East Africa, ensuring recognition commitments are fulfilled accurately and consistently.Maintain records of donor recognition agreements, naming opportunities, and stewardship commitments.

Ensure timely donor acknowledgements and appreciation activities.Support stewardship initiatives for major donorsCoordinate the planning, design, production, installation, and maintenance of donor recognition projects, including donor walls, plaques, naming installations, signage, and commemorative displays.Work closely with Design, Construction, Facilities Management, Procurement, campus users, and other stakeholders to develop and implement donor recognition projects.Coordinate review and approval processes for donor recognition installations and ensure compliance with donor agreements in line with University standards.Monitor donor recognition projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely execution as per the institutional policies.Maintain records of recognition locations, donor commitments, and naming opportunities throughout the University's campuses.Scholarship & Endowment Administration:Track scholarship and endowment funds to ensure donor intent and award criteria are administered appropriately.

Collaborate closely with the Advancement Services and the Registrar's Office to ensue student scholarships are assigned according to donor-established criteria/intent.Maintain accurate records of scholarship recipients, endowed awards, and stewardship requirements.Ensure compliance with donor agreements and institutional scholarship policies.Support the stewardship and administration of donor-funded scholarships and endowment programmes throughout their lifecycle.Endowed Professorships & Chairs Administration:Collaborate with Deans' Offices and academic leadership to support the administration of endowed professorships, chairs, and other donor-funded academic appointments.Coordinate processes related to filling endowed academic positions in accordance with donor agreements and University priorities.Maintain records of endowed chairs, professorships, faculty appointments, and associated donor commitments.Track occupancy and status of endowed academic positions and facilitate communication regarding vacancies and appointments.Coordinate requests for faculty information and updates required to support stewardship activities and donor engagement.Monitor stewardship obligations associated with endowed academic funds and ensure required information is collected and maintained.Donor Events & Engagement:Plan, coordinate, and oversee donor engagement events, scholarship celebrations, recognition ceremonies, donor receptions, and stewardship activities.Manage all operational aspects of donor events across multiple campuses and locations.Develop event plans, timelines, budgets, and implementation schedules to ensure successful execution, including event logistics.Collaborate with various internal departments and external vendors to deliver high-quality donor experiences.Coordinate VIP visits and special events involving senior University leadership, major donors, institutional partners, and distinguished guests.Manage post-event follow-up activities and ensure stewardship commitments arising from events are completed.Campus Visits & Donor Tours:Coordinate and facilitate high-level campus visits and tours for donors, prospective donors, foundation representatives, institutional partners, and other key stakeholders.Design customized donor itineraries that showcase the University's strategic priorities, academic excellence, research programmes, student experience, health care services, and donor-supported initiatives.Coordinate access to University and hospital facilities, academic buildings, lecture halls, auditoriums, research centers, laboratories, simulation facilities, libraries, student spaces, and other relevant locations during campus tours.Coordinate with faculty, researchers, clinicians, and academic leaders to arrange technical briefings, demonstrations, presentations, and specialized tours relevant to the donor’s area of interest.Coordinate access approvals and visitor arrangements for facilities with restricted access requirements.Collaborate with Security and campus operations teams to ensure safe and seamless donor visits.Work closely with academic and administrative units to accommodate special donor interests and technical tour requests.Ensure all campus visits are professionally executed and provide meaningful opportunities for donor engagement.Database Management & Donor Administration:Maintain accurate, complete, and current donor records within Raiser's Edge and other advancement systems.Extract donor information, donor lists, mailing lists, event reports, stewardship reports, and related data from Raiser's Edge as required.Upload and maintain donor communications, correspondence, contact reports, meeting notes, stewardship activities, and engagement records within the database.Ensure donor records, contact information, communication preferences, recognition details, and engagement histories remain current and accurate.Regularly review and update records for major donors, scholarship donors, endowment donors, alumni donors, and institutional partners.Support data management related to donor events, scholarships, endowed positions, donor recognition projects, and stewardship commitments.Generate donor and stewardship tracking reports as required.Ensure donor information is managed with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with University policies and best practices.Cross-Departmental Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement:Build strong collaborative relationships across the University to support stewardship initiatives and donor engagement activities.Coordinate multiple stakeholders and service providers simultaneously to ensure donor commitments are executed efficiently and professionally.Facilitate communication among academic, operational, administrative, and advancement teams in support of donor-funded initiatives.Respond to donor inquiries regarding scholarships, endowments, endowed chairs and professorships, recognition projects, events, campus visits, and stewardship activities.

Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:You should have:Education:Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.Master's degree considered an asset.Experience:Minimum five years of progressive experience in donor relations, stewardship, advancement services, event management, higher education administration, or a related field.Coordinating complex events and stakeholder engagement initiatives.Working with Raiser's Edge or a comparable donor management system.Working within a university, healthcare, or nonprofit environment is highly desirable.Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:Ability to handle confidential donor, student, and faculty information with discretion.Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Strong understanding of donor stewardship and relationship management principles.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple departments and service providers.Strong database management and data administration skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and donor CRM systems, particularly Raiser's Edge.Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, multi-campus environment.Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted
