Short Description

  • Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations across clinical and administrative functions, always prioritizing patient care and provider needs.
  • Strategic Leadership: Partner with the Division Head to drive division-wide goals, process improvements, and workflow optimization initiatives.
  • Scheduling Management: Manage Cadence and/or Optime scheduling for physicians and APPs, including Epic schedule creation, template optimization, and urgent appointment access.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and guide administrative team members, fostering a culture of inclusivity, continuous learning, and shared purpose.
  • Project Management: Lead division and institute-level projects, including provider onboarding and the implementation of new procedures and protocols.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison with scheduling analysts, ambulatory practices, ABS, outpatient procedure locations, PAC, IT, facilities, medical staff, revenue cycle teams, and external partners.
  • Innovation & Growth: Restructure workflows and implement forward-thinking solutions that enhance opportunities for both patients and providers.

The Adult Health Institute is seeking a passionate and strategic PRN Division Manager to support administrative and patient-facing operations across multiple specialties. This unique role provides flexible operational leadership based on the Institute’s highest-priority needs, partnering with leaders to ensure exceptional provider support, business strategy, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a highly adaptable, self-directed leader who demonstrates initiative, works independently, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare environment.

Experience Required

3-5 years or equivalent combination of education and experience

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Special Requirements

Monday - Friday preferred

• Strong knowledge of Epic systems, particularly Cadence and Optime

• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and provider support

• Proven success in process improvement, team leadership, and project execution

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to travel between practice sites as needed (approx. 15%)
