The Manager –D&IT GCC Governance and Operations is responsible for the Global Competency Center (GCC) team coordination, governing, enabling, and optimizing D&IT operations across (GCC). This role reports into the D&IT Senior Director – India & APAC to provide team governance, program oversight, and operational governance across multiple IT domains. The position ensures disciplined execution, risk mitigation, and consistent delivery outcomes while strengthening customer trust and employee engagement across the region. #LI-IB2

Education
Bachelor’s degree in engineering - IT/Software/Computer related field or equivalent experience with a 3-year degree in STEM.
Experience
10+ years of total IT experience
Minimum 3 years of cross‑functional experience managing programs, projects, and diverse stakeholder groups
Proven experience in governance, service management, and operational governance within large global IT organizations
PMP Certification desired
