Business Descriptor:

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the Global Asset Management team.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Distribution Channel Management - Monitor processing of transaction received through online Feeds from Channel Partners with whom we have tied up. Handle queries & rejections from Channels liaising with RTA.
  • Distributor Commission computation verification and payment processes.
  • Support Digital applications maintenance and queries – Distributor Portal & Internal application.
  • Distributor payment and service-related queries received in External mailbox and internal dedicated mailbox.
  • Pan India Sales RMs/ISCs queries related to Distributors.
  • Commission monthly reconciliation.
  • Handle Internal and Concurrent Audits.
  • Periodical MIS
  • Distributor Onboarding and Due Diligence processes.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • A good understanding of mutual fund/security markets
  • Good verbal and written communication, team and interpersonal skills
  • Liaising Skills for effective coordination with RTA, Auditors & Branches.
  • Good at Excel & Power-point for preparing reports and workings.
  • Knowledge of local language will be an advantage to handle RTA.
  • Knowledge about usage of Power BI
  • Minimum Graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher

Any other additional Information:

A minimum of 1 – 3 years of Mutual Fund background
NISM Certified or ability to complete the course within a month.
Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.
