Key Skills:

• Around 11 years of experience as an IT Project Manager with over 4+ years in Digital Project Management

• Digital Project Managers with End-to-End digital application/platform development and implementation experience to successfully plan, implement and deliver digital transformation projects enterprise-wide

• Past experience of successfully running several Agile/Devops/CI CD Projects/Architecture Integration and related areas.

• Estimated costs and managed a project budget of ~USD 1M

• Impeccable English proficiency and communication to lead conversations with senior & foreign stakeholders

Highly desirable to have experience in:

Any of the below Skills:

Digital Platforms, Low code/no code, ERP (e.g., SAP), Digital Sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Sharepoint, Workday, Anaplan, Ariba, Mulesoft, e-discovery, AI/ML, AR/VR, Digital Twin).

Any of the below Technologies:

Cloud, webapp, mobile, software-as-a-service, analytics, ERP, automation, iot, data and digital platforms

Knowledge in Areas like:

Energy, Oil & Gas, ENR, Renewables, Chemicals, Deepwater

Or Knowledge in Functions like:

Retail, Finance, Legal, HR, or Capital Projects

Good to have:

• Active Project management Certifications like PMP/Prince2/CSPO/CSM/P3O/MSP/SA, etc.

• Technical IT/Cloud certifications like Azure, AWS, AI/ML, etc.

• Knowledge of Project Management Tools like ServiceNow ITBM/Azure Devops/Jira, etc.

• International exp or worked with stakeholders abroad (from different time zones)

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end digital Project management and delivery (Solutioning to Hypercare support)

• Develop Project planning, scoping, cost estimation, implementation roadmaps & test/release strategies

• Review Tech stack & architecture review, project financials and project audit compliance

• Manage WBS, resource utilization, knowledge management, lead steerco & stakeholder communications

• Monitor adherence and compliance to project delivery framework, standards, policies, and procedures

• Develop proposals, presentations on projects – product & services demo’s, etc.

• Collaborate with vendors and Third Parties, manage vendor contracts & payments

• Cater to requests on RFI/RFP or on the Business Development /Business Management front

• Prepare insightful industry reports, thought leaderships and market research collaterals

Qualifications

• B.E. or B. Tech from Tier 1 / 2 campus

• MCA, MTech, MS or MBA from reputed institutes (preferable)

• Around 11 years of total experience with around 4 years into Digital Project Management
