Manager Digital Shelf Excellence Europe

As Manager Digital Shelf Excellence Europe, you play a critical role in driving the visibility, discoverability and conversion of Coty's brands across Europe's leading eRetailers.

Based at Coty's Paris headquarters, you are responsible for defining and executing the European Digital Shelf Excellence strategy, ensuring best-in-class content standards, retailer compliance and operational excellence across the entire Prestige portfolio.

Working closely with Global Brand teams, local markets, agency partners and commercial stakeholders, you will help shape how Coty's brands come to life online, transforming content into a competitive advantage and a growth driver across multiple markets, categories and retailers.

In this role, you directly contribute to improving digital shelf performance, accelerating conversion and driving eCommerce growth across Europe.

• Drive Digital Shelf Excellence across the European Prestige portfolio, ensuring best-in-class content quality, consistency and compliance across key eRetailers.
• Partner with Global Brand teams to develop guidelines, share best practices and ensure content aligns with brand standards and commercial objectives.
• Oversee the day-to-day performance of localization and content agencies, ensuring timely, accurate and high-quality content delivery.
• Lead content planning and buyout initiatives in collaboration with agency partners to support launches, activations and commercial priorities.
• Monitor competitor activity and market developments to identify emerging trends and Digital Shelf best practices.
• Analyze brand and category performance across Europe, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Define, track and optimize key Digital Shelf KPIs including content compliance, visibility, conversion and content effectiveness.
• Lead content audits and quality assurance initiatives, identifying improvement opportunities and driving corrective actions.
• Recommend new tools, processes and automation opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability and execution excellence.
• Coordinate strategic cross-functional projects related to content management, digital shelf optimization and retailer execution.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You are passionate about digital commerce, content excellence and driving measurable business impact through data and execution. You enjoy working in a fast-paced, international environment and collaborating across multiple stakeholders and markets.

• 5–7 years of experience in Digital Shelf, eCommerce Content, Digital Marketing or a related field, preferably within Beauty or FMCG.
• Strong understanding of the European eRetail landscape, PDP optimization and Digital Shelf best practices.
• Experience managing agencies and leading cross-functional projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple brands, launches and retailer calendars simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to execution excellence.
• Fluent English required.
