Job Description

Manager – Product Solutioning & Development, Inbound Data Capabilities will report directly to Director - Product Solutions, Inbound Data Capabilities. They will be responsible to build scalable, robust, and sustainable products for​ Inbound Capabilities Team to ensure simple, timely, and efficient integration of data from external sources for all commercial products. He /She will be responsible to work with GCS Technology and other business units to support the current business priorities and goals, while powering future growth. He / She will also collaborate with peers from the Enterprise Platform and other GCS product teams to evolve and deliver our data strategy and roadmap.

We are looking for a dynamic candidate with a strong hands-on experience of digital product solutioning/development and a practical understanding of data systems/technology. Leading dedicated and innovative team, the manager will design and deliver high impact data solutions and deliver the best data products to commercial clients to drive our business forward.

  • Align with Commercial Data Office initiatives to drive & scale the external integration products.

  • Focuses more broadly on defining and solving a problem, including the product itself, its delivery, and how it interacts with other solutions.

  • Works in collaboration with other product teams and engages a wide audience.

  • Enable effective, efficient working relationship with business and technology partners to deliver complex solutions.

  • Translate heavy delivery functionalities into relevant features and Architecture while aligning with stakeholders internally to influence the business strategy.

  • Engage with strategic partners to enable deeper data details to create win-win outcomes for our customers & partners.

  • Assess, discover, collaborate, plan, and deliver products that solves customer needs. Prototype and incorporate feedback to enhance product.

  • Detailed execution of development, validation & implementation of data capabilities & automated solutions

  • Enable metric measurement capabilities/framework for new product development.

  • Lead, encourage & mentor a team of analyst(s) to deliver impactful internal & external customer capabilities.

  • Build and cultivate a highly engaged and strong performing team that has right blend of subject knowledge, collaboration and focus on driving business results.

  • 6+ years of direct work experience in product development

  • Demonstrable understanding and experience with data products, scalable architecture & infrastructure, and its development

  • Self-starter, takes initiative, able to handle ambiguity and find logical steps to move forward.

  • Ability to work with white space to design and bring to life solutions solving complex challenges.

  • Practical product development experience, evolving technologies along with traditional data warehousing and data organization techniques.

  • Track record of understanding business challenges & strategies and translating them into helpful & scalable solutions

  • Shown ability to apply prioritization principles and lead planning discussions with partners.

  • Experience delivering via agile methodologies and practices.

  • Ability to understand and anticipate user and customer needs with respect to data solutions.

  • Outstanding relationship and influence management skills to collaborate with internal and external partners.

  • Strong people leader with proven success in motivating a high energy team.
