
• This role is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of one product within the digital ecosystem, with a focus on BAU operations, continuous enhancement, and business value delivery.
• The role manages the product backlog, prioritizes enhancements based on business needs and performance insights, and works closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure stable operations and continuous improvement.
• This position plays a key role in bridging business requirements and technical delivery, ensuring the product evolves to meet user needs, drives engagement, and delivers measurable outcomes.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
Required:
• 5+ years of experience in product operations, program/project management, PMO, or related technology operations role
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams of operations professionals and service provider resources.
• Strong understanding of software/product development lifecycle, operational processes, and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, process improvement, and governance skills
• Outstanding organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities
• Experience with agile approach and operational tools/systems for product lifecycle management.
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or project management; PMP or relevant certification preferred.
Preferred:
• Demonstrated success leading medium- to large-scale initiatives operations.
• Experience with and knowledge of digital outsourcing activities in a managed service environment.
• Proven management experience in product development across waterfall and agile environments.
• Experience in hospitality or Food & Beverage industrial.
• Rich experience in managing and working with diverse geographical Global teams.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
• Own the day-to-day operations and performance of assigned digital product (business domain focused)
• Manage and prioritize product backlog, including BAU enhancements, bug fixes, and optimization initiatives
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver enhancements and ensure product stability and quality
• Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve product experience
• Identify and drive incremental improvements to enhance engagement, conversion, or operational efficiency
• Manage production issues and coordinate resolution with engineering and service providers
• Ensure product compliance with security, legal, and regulatory requirements in BAU operations
• Support release planning, UAT coordination, and post-release validation
• Provide regular updates on product performance, backlog status, and delivery progress
