Job DetailsJob Location: North Little Rock, AR 72114Essential Multimedia Duties/Responsibilities:
Produce, shoot and edit video content for the Arkansas Travelers including but not limited to: sponsor recaps, groups outing recaps, community events, upcoming promotions, merchandise, Social media promotions, in-game highlights.
Assist with the scheduling, creation and execution of all Social Media content
Manage digital marketing and advertising budgets, including planning, allocation, and monitoring performance to maximize campaign effectiveness
Manage Social Media analytics to provide insights for future content and sponsorships opportunities
Create and design content to share on all social media platforms, promote upcoming events, and end of year awards
Oversee and mentor marketing interns, providing guidance on projects, workflows, and professional development.
Create and produce videos for in game entertainment on the video board
Use an extensive range of technical equipment, including cameras and lenses
Collaborate with staff on ideas for the team as well as individual departments
Create, design and update artwork and content for Travelers website, souvenir program, and sponsorship artwork
Work 69+ Travelers regular season home games and off day events
Report to the Director of Marketing
Help run in game entertainment and video production crew alongside the Director of Marketing
Manage email marketing campaigns, including content calendar and creation, and customer databases
Maintain Travs.com, including creating content and keeping all information current and up to date
Other duties as assigned
QualificationsDesired Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
Experience running a Social Media account and managing paid Social Media content
Ability to edit audio and video files in a variety of formats & shoot high quality photos for print and digital content.
Proficient in graphic design, with the ability to create visually engaging marketing materials, digital graphics, and branded content
Experience managing digital marketing and advertising budgets, including planning, allocation, and performance monitoring.
Highly resourceful, reliable, organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented individual
Utilize video/graphic editing software (Premier, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Background in Marketing, Digital Media, Journalism preferred
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to create relevant content
Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays plus all Travelers home games
Computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Word and related POS systems)
