JOB SUMMARY

The Manager, Digital Marketing & Demand Generation plays a key role in advancing AGC Biologics' global digital marketing and demand generation efforts. Working closely with Global Marketing, Business Development, and cross-functional stakeholders, this individual will drive digital campaigns, social media strategy, content marketing initiatives, webinar programs, and lead generation activities that support brand awareness and commercial growth.

This role is responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing channels, supporting marketing operations and analytics, and leveraging data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and marketing effectiveness. The ideal candidate is a proactive, collaborative marketer who can successfully balance strategy, execution, and performance measurement across multiple initiatives.

Reporting to the Director of Digital and Content, this position works closely with the Head of Global Marketing and other global leaders to support business objectives and strengthen AGC Biologics' digital presence and pipeline generation efforts. This position is based at our Global Headquarters in Bothell, Washington, and is a hybrid role with the expectation to be in the office for a minimum of three days per week. Occasional travel to AGC Biologics locations in Europe and Japan may be required.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute global digital marketing programs that increase brand awareness, engage target Life Science audiences, and support qualified lead generation across key commercial markets.
  • Lead social media strategy and execution, with a primary focus on LinkedIn, ensuring content alignment with business priorities, brand standards, and demand generation objectives.
  • Manage paid digital advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Google and other media channels, including audience targeting, campaign planning, budget management, execution, and optimization.
  • Drive demand generation efforts by developing and implementing digital marketing initiatives that generate marketing-qualified leads and support pipeline growth for business development teams.
  • Oversee marketing performance measurement and analytics, monitoring campaign effectiveness, channel effectiveness, engagement trends, and marketing contribution throughout the lead-to-opportunity lifecycle.
  • Maintain and optimize marketing operations processes across CRM and marketing platforms, ensuring data accuracy, system effectiveness, and efficient lead management workflows.
  • Manage lead generation and lead-routing activities, ensuring timely delivery of qualified leads to business development teams while maintaining CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy.
  • Lead the global webinar program, including content planning, promotion, event execution, lead capture, performance reporting, and post-event follow-up to support thought leadership and pipeline generation.
  • Support digital marketing strategy through audience research, and competitive insights. Identify opportunities to improve search visibility, content performance, and market positioning based on a combination of customer target audience, industry trends and strategic company goals.
  • Partner with external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital campaigns, content initiatives, and marketing programs that align with commercial objectives.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in marketing and a specialty in digital for at least 3 years.
  • Proven ability to manage social media programs, digital media activities, draft marketing content for various channels (LinkedIn, blog, email, website)
  • Experience in managing agency teams and working with internal and external stakeholders collaboratively and professionally to achieve key business goals
  • Excellent writing and editing skills; strong executive communication and presentation skills
  • Skills for basic design work in Adobe or Canva programs
  • Experience working with CRM and CMS platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot

Preferred:

  • Experience in the life sciences or biotech industry
  • Ability to perform competitive analysis and create digestible presentations for Marketing and Executive Leadership groups
  • Existing understanding of LinkedIn algorithm trends, and targeting within this platform
  • Experience working with global teams and understanding cultural differences

FORMALITIES

Location: Bothell, Washington (hybrid)

Schedule: Standard

Compensation: $108,080 - $148,610, based on experience
