What we offer
Under the direction of the Director of Corporate Marketing, the Manager of Digital Marketing is responsible for assisting the creation and implementation of marketing and branding strategies to enhance the value of the Mattamy brand across all Canadian divisions. The Manager will be responsible for the key areas: building the Mattamy Homes Canada (MHC)brand through increasing brand equity and raising awareness of the brand’s core differentiators; ensuring customer-centricity by engaging and generating positive customer interactions with the MHC brand throughout the homebuying journey; and establishing global processes with local knowledge to be leveraged across all of MHC’s Divisions for more an effective and efficient marketing strategy.This is an individual contributor role with significant influence across agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

The expected base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $130,000Actual pay may vary depending on your job-related knowledge, competencies, and skills. We recognize that exceptional situations may fall outside this range, and we encourage all interested candidates to apply.
You are also eligible to participate in Mattamy’s annual bonus program which gives you the opportunity to increase your total compensation if business and individual goals are achieved.
