How we show up for our customers in communications matters
This role leads how WorkCover shows up across its digital communication channels.
You’ll make sure customers can find the right information, understand what they need to do, and complete tasks with confidence.
You’ll own the digital communication channel delivery pipeline, balancing day-to-day publishing with ongoing optimisation and improvement and lead a small team to help get it done.
At its core, this is a product management mindset role. You’ll continually iterate, prioritise and improve our digital communication channels using data, insights and customer feedback. Working with insights, tech and operations teams, you’ll turn what we’re hearing from customers into clear next steps for our platforms (particularly Sitecore).
