Since 1935, GNC has been a global leader in health and wellness innovation, inspiring people to achieve their goals with a trusted and dynamic range of products. As #TeamGNC, we prioritize our consumers, constantly collaborating and developing new ideas to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Our team is passionate about driving change and turning aspirations into actions. We believe that good health is the greatest gift, and there's nothing more rewarding than helping others achieve it. Join us in empowering others to Live Well!

What We’re Looking For:

At GNC we embrace a “Live Well” philosophy, fostering a dynamic environment where innovation meets passion. Whether someone is an athlete or just starting to focus on their health, we want to deliver the cutting-edge products they deserve. We are looking for an individual who is excited and eager to play a pivotal role in driving excellence in the health and wellness industry. This position offers the opportunity to engage in a collaborative environment where you will make a personal impact every day.

We are seeking a strategic, business-minded Manager, Digital Analytics to serve as a key analytics partner across the Growth department, with day-to-day alignment to the eCommerce team and dedicated partnership with Growth Marketing. This role is not a traditional reporting function; it is responsible for turning data into proactive business insight, helping determine where eCommerce and marketing should focus, invest, optimize, and evolve. The ideal candidate combines strong technical fluency across platforms such as GA4, Quantum Metric, Power BI, and related analytics tools with the ability to connect customer behavior, site performance, marketing effectiveness, and financial outcomes into clear recommendations that accelerate growth.

What You’ll Do:

This is a Full-Time Salary Position

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support strategic digital analytics for the Growth department, partnering with eCommerce and Growth Marketing to develop insights that inform business strategy, investment priorities, customer experience improvements, and revenue growth.
  • Translate complex business questions into analytical frameworks that uncover performance drivers, growth opportunities, customer friction, and recommended actions—not just report on historical results.
  • Partner with eCommerce, Growth Marketing, merchandising, product, technology, finance, and leadership teams to define measurement plans, shape business priorities, and ensure analytics are embedded early in planning.
  • Manage analytics requirements for site experience enhancements, platform changes, campaign tracking, media and marketing initiatives, and broader digital transformation work across the Growth department.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support A/B testing and personalization data capture and measurement.
  • Develop dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reporting that do more than surface metrics—they clarify what matters, why performance is changing, and where teams should take action.
  • Analyze traffic, conversion, engagement, revenue, margin, promotional activity, customer behavior, channel performance, and campaign effectiveness to proactively identify growth opportunities and areas of friction.
  • Ensure measurement accuracy by partnering with technology and implementation teams on tagging, dataLayer strategy, event tracking, QA, and analytics validation.
  • Deliver leadership-ready insights and recommendations that clearly communicate what happened, why it happened, and what actions should be taken next.
  • Act as a business-facing analytics partner who actively challenges assumptions, frames tradeoffs, and brings forward data-backed recommendations to influence eCommerce and marketing strategy.
  • Fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making, curiosity, accuracy, and business partnership.
  • Contribute to scalable analytics processes, documentation, governance standards, and best practices that improve reporting consistency and stakeholder trust.

PHYSICAL ASPECTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands or fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear
  • Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
  • Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include long periods of computer screen usage, close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually low/moderate
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 6+ years of experience in digital analytics, eCommerce analytics, marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce KPIs, digital customer journeys, conversion funnels, attribution, campaign tracking, site merchandising, and promotional performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to move beyond reporting into proactive insight generation, strategic recommendation development, and business decision support.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Quantum Metric, Power BI, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery, dataLayer architecture, data QA, or analytics implementation validation.
  • Familiarity with testing and optimization programs, including A/B testing, CRO analysis, personalization, and customer behavioral insights.

What Success Looks Like

  • Digital performance reporting is trusted, consistent, and actively used to guide business decisions.
  • Leadership has clear visibility into site performance, customer behavior, marketing effectiveness, channel performance, and the highest-value growth opportunities across the Growth department.
  • Measurement requirements are defined early in digital initiatives and validated before launch.
  • Stakeholders receive proactive insights, not just reporting, with clear recommendations, strategic tradeoffs, and next steps.
  • Growth analytics operates with strong governance, scalable processes, a continuous improvement mindset, and trusted partnership across eCommerce and Growth Marketing
