Prospera is a 420-acre city development in Roatán, Honduras. We are hiring a Manager of Development Partnerships to bring external development partners onto our land to launch new projects. This is a high-autonomy role for a self-directed deal sourcer who can build pipeline, run outreach, and convert relationships into committed partners.
Source and qualify developers through cold outreach, warm intros, events, and targeted campaigns
Own partner conversations from first contact through commitment, coordinating internal diligence as needed
Build and maintain partner materials and packaging (data rooms, one-pagers, OMs, site flyers)
Keep the pipeline organized and moving fast with clear tracking and weekly updates
Strong track record in developer relations, real estate partnerships, brokerage, capital raising, or deal origination
Comfortable working with high independence and minimal hand-holding
Strong follow-up discipline and ability to keep multiple partner processes moving at once
Clear communicator who can pitch, handle objections, and close next steps
Familiarity with basic development diligence is a plus (survey, topo, utilities, access, constraints)
An existing network of developers, operators, or capital partners you can activate quickly is a strong plus
We’re looking for someone who could spend at least 50% of their time here in Roatan
Flexible and performance-driven. We can structure this role with a meaningful base, or make it heavily contingency-based with strong upside.

Próspera is the world’s leading U.S.-based developer of Economic Prosperity Zones, enabling governments to unleash the full potential of all by maximizing economic freedom, providing good governance, enhancing rule of law, and strengthening legal stability.
