Liderar el asesoramiento legal en materia ambiental, sostenibilidad y ESG, garantizando el cumplimiento de la normativa aplicable.
Gestionar riesgos legales y regulatorios asociados a cuestiones ambientales, climáticas y de sostenibilidad.
Acompañar a las distintas áreas del negocio en proyectos con impacto ambiental, asegurando una adecuada gestión legal y reputacional.
Supervisar procesos de compliance ambiental, auditorías, inspecciones y requerimientos de organismos regulatorios.
Participar en el diseño e implementación de estrategias, políticas e iniciativas de sostenibilidad y ESG.
Monitorear cambios normativos y tendencias del mercado, evaluando su impacto en la organización.
Liderar relaciones con autoridades, clientes y otros stakeholders en temas ambientales y de sostenibilidad.
Coordinar equipos y proyectos multidisciplinarios, promoviendo una cultura de gestión responsable y desarrollo sostenible.
Abogado/a graduado/a.
Especialización o maestría en: Derecho Ambiental. Sostenibilidad Corporativa, ESG.
Nivel de inglés intermedio/ avanzado.
Más de 5 años de experiencia en Derecho Ambiental.
Experiencia en sostenibilidad, ESG, compliance ambiental y gestión de riesgos regulatorios. Conocimiento de normativa ambiental local e internacional y marcos de reporte de sostenibilidad.
Experiencia liderando equipos, proyectos.
Modalidad
Full-time de lunes a viernes.
Híbrido flexible en nuestras oficinas de Puerto Madero y Vicente López.
