The Manager – Deposits Mobilization is responsible for developing and managing the company's deposit portfolio while driving growth through strategic fund mobilization initiatives. The role involves building strong client relationships, ensuring service excellence, and contributing to the development of innovative deposit products. The selected candidate will report to the Head of Deposits and play a key role in achieving the organizations funding and business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a strong fixed deposit portfolio in line with company targets.
• Drive deposit mobilization initiatives and promotional campaigns to achieve growth.
• Maintain high service standards in compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and wealth management partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align deposit strategies with overall business goals.
• Analyse market trends and contribute to the development of new deposit and savings products.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in deposit mobilization within the banking or non-banking financial sector.
• At least 2 years of experience at Assistant Manager or Manager level.
• Proven track record of achieving deposit growth targets and managing client portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and governance frameworks.
• Professional qualification (full or part) in Marketing, Banking, or Finance from a recognized institution.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Exposure to digital savings or deposit products will be an added advantage.
